UTS Weight is a weight watcher tool for Palm pilot to help you keep tracks of your body weight and BMI easily, accurately, and effectively.
UTS Weight software offers you an outstanding set of features to track your weight change:
- Enter your weight with two taps of stylus. No more keyboard or Graffiti needed.
- Supply your records with text notes and importance marks.
- Colored records show when your weight up or down.
- See your Body Mass Index (BMI) calculated automatically.
- Set your target weight and choose one of four plans which will help you loss or gain the weight.
- Interactive charts and diagrams will help you analyze your stats to adjust your diet and workouts plan.
- Summarized reports will quickly show how your weight changes throughout a day, a week or a month.
- Windows conduit will export your data to desktop PC into a colorful MS Excel report that you can print out for you, your doctor or trainer.
To reach the optimal weight you must follow the plan. UTS Weight software allows you to setup you personal weight loss/gain program.
UTS Weight software provides four types of highly customizable charts for your tracking results analysis. You can specify
